Reservation and Cancellation Policy for Pickle N Pins, LLC

1. Booking Windows

  • Members: May book reservations up to 14 days in advance.
  • Non-Members: May book reservations up to 7 days in advance.

2. Cancellation Policy

At Pickle N Pins, LLC, we strive to offer a seamless experience for all our guests. To accommodate everyone’s plans and ensure fair usage of our facilities, please review our cancellation policy:

Cancellation with No Penalty:

  • Reservations for Pickleball, Padel, Krazy Darts, Duckpin Bowling, or Axe Throwing can be canceled up to 2 hours before the reserved time without incurring any penalty and will receive a full refund of the booking rate price.

Late Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours prior to the reserved time will result in the forfeiture of the payment.

Online Reservation Fee:

  • Any online reservation fee paid at the time of booking is non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

Cancellation Procedure:

  • To cancel your reservation, please contact us through the reservation portal. This is the only method to ensure your cancellation is processed correctly.

3. No-Show Policy

To ensure fairness and availability for all guests, the following policy applies:

No-Show Penalty:

  • Members and non-members who fail to show up for their reserved time or cancel their reservation less than 2 hours prior to the reservation on more than 2 occasions within a 3-month period may be subject to penalties. These penalties may include, but are not limited to, suspension of booking privileges or additional fees.
  • Free clinic no-shows are subject to a similar penalty after the first no-show instance.
