Reservations may be canceled up to 2 hours prior to the start time for a full refund. General reservation cancellations made less than 2 hours from the start time must pay 50% of the total reservation fee. Cancellations can be done by contacting Pickle N Pins directly at the park location.

No shows for reservations will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Please be advised that Pickle N Pins reserves the right to reschedule or cancel your reservation the case of unforeseen circumstances. This includes situations such as full park buy-outs or other events that may conflict with your scheduled reservation date. We assure you that we will make every effort to accommodate your needs and find an alternative date that works for you or provide a full refund when deemed appropriate by Pickle N Pins Corporate Management. **21+ Age Restriction After 7:00 PM Friday and Saturday**

Please note, on Friday and Saturday nights starting at 7:00 PM, Pickle N Pins is only available for 21 and older individuals. When booking a reservation during this time, it is the responsibility of the person making the reservation to ensure that anyone arriving is of age to enter the park. Those under 21 will not be admitted and refunds will not be offered.
